These stunning proposals for what to do with Paris' disused metro stations are almost enough to make you wish you were French and willing to vote for a centre-right candidate in the election for the capital's next mayor. Somehow I can't see Boris having the vision or imagination to suggest anything similar for London's equivalents.
On a related note, Derelict Glasgow charts significant disused properties in the Scottish city, some of which have been refurbished and brought back into use since featuring on the site.
